JM2045H FULL HYDRAULIC TIRE COMBINED VIBRATORY ROLLER

The JM2045H pneumatic tire roller is designed to create compact foundations for residential and non-residential buildings, bridges, roads and heavy construction such as highways and airports. The role of the rubber tire roller is to strengthen the fit between the asphalt concrete aggregate and the aggregates and improve the compactness.
Junma tire rollers, available in combination, have twin steel wheels in the front and four pneumatic tires in the back. The former shaped compaction to ensure smoothness, the latter 1320mm compaction width of the tire elasticity in the rolling process, the resulting kneading effect, in the surface of the gentle kneading hot mix asphalt. The pavement material is displaced to form a uniform and dense surface without voids, extending the service life of the pavement.

1. Hydraulic front drum and rear tyre drive, infinitely variable speed. The rear smooth tread tires have good sealing compaction efficiency.
2. Hydraulic steel drum vibration, with great exciting force and good compacting performance.
3. Hydraulic steering, articulated frame with flexible operation.
4. Electronically controlled pressure water sprinkle system for front drum, electronically controlled pressure water & oil sprinkle system for rear tires.
5. Hydraulic service brake, electronically controlled self-locking parking brake.
6. Front cross foot and back support optimized design, with small vision blind area to compact road curbs more closely.
7. The front cover can be turned up in a big angel for easily maintenance.
8. Equipped with imported famous brand hydraulic components with reliable performance.
9. Trailer for road roller transportation is optional.

Application
