JM206H FULL HYDRAULIC TIRE COMBINED VIBRATORY ROLLER

Road roller, also called soil roller, is a common construction machinery, which can make the compacted layer deformed and dense by its own mechanical gravity, and is widely used in filling compaction operations of large projects such as mines, highways, airport runways, dams, stadiums, etc. It can roll sandy, semi-cohesive and cohesive soil, road base stabilized soil and asphalt concrete pavement layer. There are two types of rollers: steel wheel type and tire type.

The tire roller series rely on their own weight to compact cohesive and non-cohesive materials such as asphalt concrete, gravel mixes, various stabilized soils and pulverized cement concretes (PCC materials) in construction and road projects, and are especially suitable for pavement treatment of high-grade highways.

A tire roller is a machine that performs dense compaction of the road by multiple pneumatic tires. The grounding ratio pressure can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the allotment and tire air pressure to accommodate the compaction of different materials.
The JM206H pneumatic tire roller has an operating weight of 6000kg, 1520 compaction width, three forward gears, two backward gears, 6-8km/h speed change, convenient for construction and transfer, combined design, panoramic cab with a wide view, good sound insulation and vibration damping effect
